Homemade and Homegrown...
Its been said that children, marriages, and gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
Isn't it amazing that human life began in a garden? Sadly, in our fast-paced modern world, we have gotten so far away from these roots and the natural tools that were given to us by our Creator. But you know what? Sometimes taking a step BACK to a simpler time is actually a step forward in the right direction for your health, your faith and your family.
Living naturally doesn't mean you have to move to a commune, grow dredlocks and throw away science. It's quite the opposite! Simply go back to the truth that is in your heart, where your life choices reflect your values.

Consumerism has over-taken our society, but it doesn't have to be that way. Let me help you reconnect and simplify! God gave us amazing tools in His creation that we can use to help us with this task.
Welcome to my Wholesome Country Home!
My name is Kacey, and I am a rural Christian mama. My husband and I are blessed to be able to raise and home school our two boys in the beautiful western slope of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. We operate a full time cattle and sheep ranch, where we make a living doing what we love.
God gave us a toolbox to create a healthy home
Maybe you are trying to find that balance. You want to be more reliant on natural tools, but you don't know how, or think you don't have the time or energy to learn something new.
Maybe you feel like well-informed, smart women can't possibly buy into the "woo" that comes along with a natural lifestyle.
Have you ever wondered if a tough, independent country gal can really wear hippie-dippy home-made deodorant?
I am here to help you!

Your home can be naturally clean

Your body can be naturally beautiful

Your family can be naturally healthy in body and mind
In His infinite wisdom, God created plants and trees to be a source of food and to sustain life....
Gen 1:11
Then God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them”; and it was so. 12 The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, after their kind; and God saw that it was good.
God named us stewards, we should be kind and considerate in the care of our animals.
Gen 9:3
Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you, as I gave the green plant.
Proverbs 12:10
A righteous man has regard for the life of his animal
Let's use the tools we have to create a happier, healthier home!
"As Christian Homemakers, we must recognize that we are completely dependent on the Lord to make us succeed. A successful home comes not from our own strength or skill, but from God blessing our faithfulness."
